Warranty Coverage
Super Strada provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
This warranty is only valid for the original owner and is non-transferable.
Covered Components

What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains, grips, etc.)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect
- Improper assembly, maintenance, or installation of parts
- Water damage, corrosion, or rust
- Damage caused by commercial use (e.g., delivery, rental)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Loss or theft
Owner Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, the owner must:
- Follow all instructions in the Super Strada manual
- Perform regular maintenance
- Use only approved chargers and components
- Store the e-bike in a dry, covered location
Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you experience a problem and believe it’s covered under warranty:

- A clear description of the issue
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation)
- Photos or videos showing the defect
- Serial number of the bike (found on the frame)
- Our Team Will Review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, Super Strada will provide instructions on how to return the defective part or arrange for a replacement or repair.
